Qualified staff, spectacular views, very specious room. The breakfast was extensive - lots of food, including eggs, sausages, cheese, pancakes and pastries. Prime location to the point.

Location was strategic and I appreciated absolutely perfect rooms. Self service breakfast was with cereal, eggs, cheese, fresh bread and pancakes. The room was well priced. Service was exceptional, staff - delightful. Fairly clean and cozy hotel in Clontarf district. Really close to the airport, harbour.

well-maintained pool area, gorgeous breakfast. perfect view, a bigger balcony, fine bed, too. staff was quick to help and made my stay as decent as it could be. location was near the beach. and it was nearby a bus stop.

There is nothing better than Avoca. Comfortable beds in our room. There was Pigeon House, max 10 mins walk to, appreciated their meals.

Worth its 4 stars. It's welcome base for visiting some must see attractions in Dublin. Got the same private triple room booked online, really enjoyed that.

The breakfast is sensational. If your plans include visiting malahide castle, you should stay here. The beds here were large. All in all good value

Friendly staff and marvelous location! The breakfast which we had was nice! We would love to return on our next trip to Dublin.
